Breath + Movement
My yoga asana practice is so much more than movement. When I consciously and carefully sync up my movement with a clear and focused breath pattern, I find that it leads me toward a deeper understanding of how prana (energy) moves and guides my practice.
This connection extends far beyond the yoga mat. Sensing and feeling energy draws me toward a deeper understanding of all energy, including the intuitive energy that guides and supports my life decisions.
So, when I step on the mat to align body and breath, I’m stepping into a deeper understanding of myself and the way I want to show up in the world.
