Developing a Personal Practice:

Embracing the Elements

This six-week course is designed to help you cultivate a personal practice that is unique to you and your specific needs. We’ll use the elements of nature as a framework to develop and support qualities that already exist in you—the same qualities that exist in earth, water, fire, air and space. As we move through each element, you’ll be provided with a variety of practices to help and inspire you to enter into your own element, defined as “the state of being naturally suited to a person.” This course will combine both live and recorded content, so you will be supported while moving at your own pace. All live zoom sessions will be recorded and available within 24 hours, so if you can't make the live calls, you won't miss a thing!

Week One : Earth Element

Emphasizing qualities of support, foundation, stability, steadiness, patience reliability and giving.

Emphasizing qualities of creativity, flow, movement, surrender, softness, nourishment and cleansing.
